We have very exciting news! Are you repairing, replacing, changing, removing or adding something to your Lot or the Exterior of your home? Did you know that per your governing documents almost everything, even if it’s not permanent, needs HOA ACC Approval?

Now you can submit your form^* and upload the supporting documentation on your homeowner website! If you’re in a hurry and need it done right away, there is an option to expedite your request for a fee. Follow the link on the homepage. If you have questions, please email acc@essexhoa.com.
